Join us at the Sheridan Opera House on Friday, Feburary 10th, as Greg Stump presents the national premiere of the long awaited Legend of AAHHHS! Twenty five years after unleashing the ski film "Blizzard Of Aahhh's" (voted the number one ski film of all time by the ski channel and Skiing Magazine!) Greg Stump returns to the ski film genre with "Legend Of Aahhh's". Through a semi-autobiographical approach, Greg explores the history of the ski film and how these films influenced big mountain skiing… and pop culture with the birth of the extreme sports movement following the release of "Blizzard Of Aahhh's" in 1988.
Swing by the night before for another movie premiere, Super Cut: 39 Years of Telluride in Ski Movies, a compilation of clips from Telluride in ski films throughout the resort and regional skiing history. Events both nights are a co-benefit or the Telluride Historical Museum and the Sheridan Arts Foundation, presented by Travis Julia. Individual night tickets are $15 a piece plus a $2 per ticket fee.
