A spectacular summer spectacle!

This week the Sheridan Opera House is full of the sound of laughter and delight as 12 talented children partake in our SAF Young People's Theater Summer Spectacular  camp. Thespians ages 8-10 are working with YPT artistic director Jen Julia for an intensive musical theater experience designed to inspire and nuture young thespans. The week will culminate with a free performance of "Raggedy Ann & Andy" this Friday, July 27 at 1 p.m.

"Creating a musical theater piece is five days is challenging but really thrilling," said Julia. "It's a condensed version of the YPT productions students and audience members enjoy during the school year.

Julia describe this week's play as a "story about toys that come to live and have adventures, the original Toy Story!" The "Raggedy Ann & Andy" performance is free and open to the public so bring the whole family!
