Monday, June 9th
Youth Arrive - Youth Mentorship Dinner provided by Baked In Telluride.
Tuesday, June 10th
9am: Elks Park Orientation - Coffee provided by Steaming Bean/Donuts provided by Baked In Telluride.
10am-3pm: Youth Mentorship Programs
5pm-8pm: Wild West Fest Kick-Off Celebration and BBQ in Town Park. (Open to public, $5.00 for BBQ)
Wednesday, June 11th
10am-3pm: Youth Mentorship Program
5pm-6pm: Youth Mentorship Dinner provided by Rustico.
5pm-7pm: Artist Meet and Greet Reception with 2008 Wild West Fest Featured Artist Julee Hutchison. Telluride Gallery of Fine Art. Posters signed by the artist on sale for $20. (Open to public)

8pm-10pm: Movie Night at the Opera.
Thursday, June 12th

5pm-8pm: Angel Ridge Ranch BBQ
Friday, June 13th
11am-4pm: Wild West Festival Rendezvous – Stagecoach Rides, Shootout, Crafts, Face Painting. Base of Lift 4, Mountain Village and bottom of the Gondola, Telluride. (Open to public, Free)
10am-12pm: All Day Kid’s Artist Workshop with Featured Artist Julee Hutchison
5pm: Youth Mentorship Dinner provided by Brown Dog Pizza.
8pm: Live in Concert, Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband (Country Rock). Opening performances by the Wild West Fest Dance, Drama and Rock & Roll Mentorships.

Saturday, June 14th
9:30am-4pm: Circle K Ranch Roundup: Trail Rides, Ropes Course, Zip Line and Games
